Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and will be checked manually by our technical dispute team to the website submitted during checkout.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@scriptsnatchers.online within 7 days of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for your return.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund as expected, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; there may be a processing delay on their end.
  3. Contact your bank; they may have their own processing time for refunds.
  4. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@scriptsnatchers.online.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective scripts, plugin, template & Themes. If you need to exchange a product, please send us an email at contact@scriptsnatchers.online.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
